Camp to Camp: Easter Seals Event

Help us reach our fundraising goal

Easter Seals has teamed up with The Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) to enable a Fall Fitness Challenge entitled Camp to Camp, which will take place across the region.

This year, The Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) is taking part in Easter Seals' Virtual Event Camp to Camp! We will be moving 50 km in support of both raising funds for Easter Seals' 100th Anniversary Centennial and developing our Club's programs and services through a shared 50/50 split.

With your help, we can celebrate the Centennial of Easter Seals in our community in 2022 while illuminating hope for all those we serve!

Our goal is to raise $2000

Raised to date: $935

Christmas Kettle Campaign

We need your help for this year's Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign! Please see the upcoming dates and times below to volunteer your time in support of this very important cause.

All volunteer dates are scheduled for Saturday in Nov and December at The Devonshire Mall. This year there are two locations, one located at Lush (by the movie theatres) and the other by RW&Co (in the centre Hallway, just down from Chapters).

For those starting at noon, the kettles will be brought to the locations by Salvation Army personnel.  For those volunteering at 6pm or 8pm, Salvation Army personnel will be picking up the kettles at the two different locations, probably a little earlier than the noted finishing times.

All volunteers must be double-vaccinated. Masks must be worn and there will be hand sanitizers and wipes available.  As in past years, you will not have to handle any money, nor do you have to solicit people walking by. You are simply ambassadors of the Salvation Army, thanking those who drop money in the kettle.  A "tap" system will also be available this year.

Please contact our Administrator, Laura Tiberia, with your availability. She can be reached at the Rotary Office - (519)-253-6382 or info@rotary1918.com.

Socks and Bottoms

For the next 6 weeks, items will be collected to support the Socks and Bottoms campaign. This Rotary tradition will help the Windsor-Essex community. Last year items were donated to over 20 agencies. This year the goal is to support 31 agencies.
