Call for Leaders
We are looking for the next members of the board of directors and presidents! Anyone interested in serving as a Director or President Nominee needs to be confirmed at the upcoming AGM. The Nominating Committee will be meeting very soon to review and confirm candidates.
The qualifications are as follows:
Candidates for Board positions shall have been a member of the club for at least one (1) year prior to taking office or shall have served as a Board member of another Rotary Club for at least one (1) years.
To be President-Nominee the candidate shall have completed at least one (1) years of meaningful service as a Rotarian or shall have served as president of another Rotary club.

Christmas Kettle Campaign and
Flag Raising Ceremony
We are looking for members to be at the kettles, November 29th, December 6th, 13th and 20th. There are two locations this year, the Cineplex Theatre and in front of Shoppers Drug Mart at the food court.
This year, for those starting at 11:00 am, the kettles can be picked up at The Devonshire Mall Information Office, which is in the main hallway that goes down toward The Bay, from the main entrance. For those going to 8pm, please bring the kettle to the Information Office about 10 minutes before the hour.
As in past years, you will not have to handle any money, nor do you have to solicit people walking by. You are simply ambassadors of the Salvation Army, thanking those who drop money in the kettle. A "tap" system will also be available this year.
The Salvation Army has moved to three-hour shifts. As in the past, we will break those further down into 1-hour segments for those who can only stand for an hour. Chairs will also be on hand for those who wish to sit.

We want to continue to do great work locally and globally but we need you! To qualify for District 6400 grants, our members must each donate $100 USD (the per capita giving amount) to the Annual Fund.
The grants allow our club to complete many of our charitable projects and initiatives throughout the year. Your donation must be made by the end of May each year to qualify.
