Individuals visit the centre for Physical and Mental Health; Eating Disorders; Substance Abuse; Parent Support (support for parents and guardians of adolescents) and Pre and Post Natal for young moms. Street Health (711 Pelissier) provides Primary Care and Supportive Services to individuals in Windsor – Essex who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Sandwich Community Health (3320 College Ave,), Pickwick Plaza - East Windsor (7621 Tecumseh Rd.) and Leamington (33 Princess Street) centres provide Primary Care and Counselling Services to area residents who do not have a Health Care Practitioner. Chronic Disease (2885 Lauzon Pky) provides a variety of services aimed to assist individuals to better manage their own health, with a focus on keeping people healthy, active and living at home.
Don Snyder reminded the Club about Rotary International's "Every Rotarian Every Year" initiative, which encourages all Rotary Club members to contribute $100 (or the equivalent of the Club's total donations) to Annual Fund every year in order to help Rotary Foundation.  Our Club has been able to access grants and do incredible things because we've always managed to reach this EREY goal. It's important we do it again, but we have a ways to go - and only until the end of June to do it. To donate, please visit and select "Annual Fund (RI)" or call the office at 519-253-6382.
