It was comforting to connect with members and hear what everyone is up to during this time of isolation. It was especially nice to see our youth exchange student Sara! She misses school but is continuing her studies on-line, and speaks to her family often.
Some take-aways from this meeting: Stay positive and stay safe. We ended off the meeting by watching an inspirational video of a Toronto-based choir of women physicians, Voices Rock Medicine, singing “Rise Again” by Leon Dubinsky. “A tribute to the health care community during these challenging times.”
