Monday we welcomed Daniel Lockhard, a Windsor-born Indigenous poet, author and publisher.
During our Zoom meeting, Daniel shared parts of his books and what inspires the stories behind his poems. His writing is rooted in the contemporary and you can see his roots in the way he describes urbanization and nature in his work. You can find his work at Biblioasis in Windsor.
During our meeting, Tony Mancinone was recognized as a Rotary International – Level 1 Major Donor status! He was touched and said the secret is to continuously give to the foundation and see how it adds up over the years.
