During our Monday meeting, President Gerry and Executive Director Jodi explained the importance of the role of the Executive Director, how the committees will take on new responsibilities for their events and how roles have changed from previous years.
Moving forward committees will be responsible to delegate more work amongst committee members, Jodi clarified what those roles will look like
The office will now offer support to committees for the things that they can't do on their own.
While there are many changes that were presented on Monday the important thing is that all of us will be learning together as we go.
