October 14th marked a significant accomplishment: The Grand Opening of the Rotary 1918 Hub. Part of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) Centennial Legacy Project, this Hub features A 3-kilometre trail that connects the Chrysler Canada Greenway, Herb Gray Parkway Trails and Town of Lasalle Trails.
Land donated by Arbor Memorial, a $300,000 grant from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, $225,000 from The Rotary Club of Windsor, $270,000 from the Trans Canada Trail Foundation and a lot of hard work is what made the project come together. This was the final piece of the puzzle for the trail system. Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) is proud to be a part of this initiative, actively participating in the creation and endorsement of a healthy and vibrant Windsor/Essex County. Click here for Google Map: http://bit.ly/RotaryHub
