India Children in Crisis Project
Dear Rotarians and Friends of Rotary,
We are asking for your support in honour of an exemplary Rotarian who devoted his life to improving conditions in his native India, Hasu Naik.
He single handedly raised over $1 million dollars and leveraged those funds by 2 or 3 times to bring over 30 major projects to completions such as the Rotary Eye Institute in Navsari, potable water projects in 7 centres, micro-credit projects, mobile veterinary treatment projects, a common development project for the tribal people in Kaprada, visiting medical teams and donations of a variety of significant medical equipment to hospitals and clinics in various cities.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
Today, we are asking for your help for the children of India who have lost many family members from the devastation that has ravaged India as a result of COVID 19. Assisting children in the early stages with their basic needs will prevent major costly damage to their mental health as they grow up.
We hope that you will consider supporting this unique project. All donations will go directly to the Rotary Club of Gandevi and they will provide the stewardship and facilitation of this project. All donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt from the Rotary Club of Windsor Foundation Fund and donors with a contribution of $500 or greater, will be recognized as major donors for this Project. Your donation can be made in various of ways as outlined below..
DONATIONS CAN BE MADE THROUGH
Credit Card: Please contact the Rotary office at 519-253-6382
All donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt from the Rotary Club of Windsor Foundation Fund.
